The paper presents the impact of different slippage of driving sistems of the
crawler tractors on the dinamics changes of the parameters values mechanical properties
on the marsh area (shear stress, moment of torsion, cone index - CI) .
The analysis of the results (Ivanovo area) has shown a different increase of the shear
stress for the tractor BNT-105 tracks trail (in comparison with the untreaded soil), with
the smallest tractor tracks slippage δ=3%, (10-30 cm depth) from 6.96 to 13.74 kPa. The
analysis of the shear stress mean values, with the biggest tracks slippage (δ=10%) has
shown the following changes from 8.19 to 14.05 kPa.
The analysis of the results for tractor TG-160 (Makiš area), has shown a different
increase of the shear stress in the tracks trail, with the smallest slippage of the tracks
(δ=3%), at the same soil depth, of the shear stress is 8.53 to 17.12 kPa. The analysis of
the shear stress mean values, for maximum slippage δ=10%, has shown the changes
from 8.50 to 18.87 kPa.
In order to protect soil from damages due to slippage caused by tractor driving
sistems, we must: permanently improve the elements of runnig sistems and introduce
new generation rubber track tractors in regular agricultural production. U radu su prikazana ispitivanja uticaja različitih vrednosti klizanja hodnih
sistema traktora guseničara, na dinamiku promene mehaničkih osobina zemljišta (napona
smicanja, momenta torzije i otpora penetracije-CI ).
Analiza rezultata ispitivanja napona smicanja zemljišta (Ivanovo), ispod hodnih
sistema traktora BNT-105, prilikom poređenja negaženo-gaženo zemljište za najmanje
izraženo klizanje gusenica (δ=3%) pokazuje promenu napona smicanja od 6,96 do
13,74 kPa. Analiza srednjih vrednosti ovih parametara zemljišta za najveće klizanje
(δ=10%) ima promene vrednosti od 8.19 do 14.05 kPa.
Analiza rezultata, za najmanje (δ=3%), izraženo klizanje gusenica traktora TG-160
(Makiš) pokazuje promenu napona smicanja od 8.53 do 17.12 kPa. Analiza vrednosti
napona smicanja zemljišta za najveće klizanje (δ=10%), ima promene od 8.50 do 18.87
kPa.
U obavezi zaštite zemljišta od oštećenja prouzrokovanim i klizanjem hodnih sistema
traktora, treba stalno usavršavati elemente hodnih sistema i primenjivati nove generacije
gumenih gusenica u redovnoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.
