Detection of Vibrations and their Elimination on Rotate Mechanical Systems

Abstract

At all elements of working machines with rotation the part of force which starts them to work, transmits to that same machines. That machines are not stiff and the influences of the smallest force to them will provoke appearance of vibrations. The purpose of taking out of permanent measure, which is described in this work, is determination of gradual vibrations change (in determinate degrees) for the longer period of time. In that way, at the time it can be definite farther methods of preventive maintenance which are following and prevent appearance of incorrect condition.

Na svim elementima mašina sa obrtnim kretanjem koje rade, deo sile koja ih pokreće da rade, prenosi se i na same mašine. Pošto one nisu krute mašine, uticaji i najmanje sile na nju izazvaće pojavu vibracija. Svrha izvođenja permanentnih merenja opisanih u radu je određivanje postepene promene vibracija (u određenim stepenima) tokom dužih vremenskih perioda, na osnovu kojih bi se blagovremeno odredile dalje mere preventivnog održavanja koje slede i sprečile pojave stanja otkaza.
