Grape harvest for industrial refining, in the "13. Jul - Plantaže", a.d., near
Podgorica, in the production areas of the wineyard around 2200 ha, is mostly done
manually.
Mechanised harvest of wine grapes has been applied in the last few years, using
self-propelled and pulled combine harvester. Research on self-propelled combine
harvester, PELENC – 4560 – SMART, was made in year 2008. at the production area of
Ćemovsko field, Rakića Kuće facility, in the wineyard of VRANAC species. Grapes
income on the researched stretch (168m*60m) = (1 ha) was roughly 11,785 kg.
Productivity of the combine harvester in an hour of work was roughly 0,97 ha/h, or
around 7,8 ha/day. Technical productivity was around 11455 kg/h, or 91637 kg/day, with
energy consume of 630 MJ/ha. Berba grožđa za industrijsku preradu, u "13. Jul - Plantaže", a.d., u okolini
Podgorice, na proizvodnim površinama vinograda oko 2200 ha, većinom se obavlja
ručno.
Zadnjih godina, pristupilo se mehanizovanoj berbi vinskog grožđa, primjenom
vučenog i samohodnog kombajna. Ispitivanja samohodnog kombajna, PELENC – 4560
– SMART, obavljena su u 2008. godini na proizvodnoj površini Ćemovskog polja na
objektu Rakića Kuće, u vinogradu sorte VRANAC. Prinos grožđa na ispitivanoj parceli
(168m x 60m) = (1 ha) iznosio je oko 11785 kg.
Proizvodnost kombajna za jedan sat rada iznosila je oko 0,97 ha/h, odnosno oko
7,8 ha/dan. Tehnička proizvodnost je iznosila oko 11455 kg/h, odnosno 91637 kg/dan,
uz potrošnju energije od 630 MJ/ha.
